Chef Cesta began his culinary career in 1978 as a line cook at the Inn Between Restaurant and learned his trade and skills through the mentorship of friend and colleague Chef Randall Colman. He is one of the youngest people to become a Executive Chef, and he has since been re-certified five times.

The Munro family is credited with making a significant part of Onondaga County’s history. Sheriff Thomas H. Munro served as Sheriff of Onondaga County from 1934 to 1936. He was also a member of the county and state Republican Committee and an important agriculturalist on the New York State Agriculture Committee. They are also credited with creating the Republican party, which convened for the first time in the village of Camillus, New York on February 7, 1852. It is interesting to note that this was the first Republican party meeting in the United States. However, the party was formally created elsewhere.
